New possibilities brought forth by the artistry of master craftsmanship
There is a "limit" to what can be expressed through printing...
But is that true?
Depth created by layering colors.
An expression that changes with the addition of light.
When the texture of paper, choice of finishing, and attention to fine detail come together,
printing evolves from mere information delivery into a form of creative expression.
We pursue possibilities with long-cultivated techniques, experience, and the spirit of challenge.
That pursuit is our speciality printing technique, “S Prism Print®”
With our unique techniques in the printing process, we create unprecedented visual experiences and a striking presence.
We strive to pay attention to details and to pursue perfection as our approach to craftsmanship.
This speciality printing can deliver an expansion of design possibilities and greater depth in expression. We go into a still-unseen world of expression, beyond the conventional wisdom of printing.
“S Prism Print®”
can bring new value and wonder to creative works.
Leveraging the Knowledge, Skills, and Experience of Our Print Directors
With your submitted print data, we determine areas to foil-stamp and design the etching to create the stamping plate accordingly.
Next, we combine the foil and design data and repeatedly check for misalignment.
This delicate process is a unique step in S Prism Print® and is a critical stage that directly affects both beauty and overall quality.
★ You can review detailed specifications digitally, including the placement of the foil and other finishing elements.
Based on the etched design data, our skilled engineers create the metal die through a combination of precision machinery and hand-crafted etching techniques.
Using a specially etched die, foil is stamped onto the surface.
Unlike standard foil, which is flat, S Prism Print® features a textured surface.
This creates variations in reflectivity, allowing light to be reflected in unique and dynamic ways.
After foil stamping, color is added via offset printing.
By printing over the foil, it creates layered color expressions such as gradients and overlapping tones.
In addition, by applying special processing to the print data, we can achieve hologram-like color shifts that change depending on the viewing angle. At one angle it may appear silver, while from another it shifts to various colors, such as blue or red.
We carefully calculate the interaction between foil and printed color, applying offset printing with precision.
This is S Prism Print®, which goes beyond the “limits” of printing and enables an entirely new expression of visual beauty.
★ We can send high-resolution data via email for your review or provide physical proofs by mail. Production proceeds after your confirmation. Only color adjustments in the printed areas can be made at this stage.

Need help? Our team can review your files before production by your quote request.
Get a QuoteWe will provide a PDF showing the foil areas.
Please check the foil placement.
After the foil areas have been approved we will design the foil die and print a draft for your approval.
We send the draft via DHL/FedEx for your approval.
Please examine the draft carefully, and let us know if you need to make any color adjustments before final production.
Once we receive your approval of the draft, full production will begin.
Please go over all the details carefully in order for you to grant us the final approval.Any changes requested after approval will incur additional costs and extend the production schedule.
Contact us in advance when you have any questions or concerns.
For those in a rush, we can send pictures of the draft via email rather than sending the physical draft via mail.
If you wish to save time and reduce costs, you may opt to skip the proofing process.
Please note that, in such cases, we cannot address any complaints raised after delivery.
*After creating the foil die it is not possible to make any changes to the foil areas. There is an additional cost if you need to change the foil at this stage.
*The etching design for the foil areas will be decided by our in-house professionals. You can view the types of etching and color finishes on S Prism Print® Etching & Color Chart.
