On top of the silver foil, six-color printing including white, process colors, and fluorescent pink is applied. A gloss PP laminate is then added, and the layers are bonded together to achieve an overall thickness of approximately 1.5 mm. Over this a gloss varnish is selectively applied via silk screen printing in four passes to build up a raised texture. Lastly, gold leaf is applied to all four side edges.
